🔥 Sacred Smoke Ritual: Clear the Air, Clear the Spirit
Smoke is not just cleansing—it is ancestral breath. It is memory. It is medicine. When used with respect and presence, smoke becomes a prayer in motion. A way to speak without words. To grieve. To reclaim. To open the path ahead.

Place one hand on your heart. Say softly:“I call in light. I release all that is heavy, unseen, or unspoken.
May this smoke carry away what no longer serves me.”Cleanse Your Body and Space
Move the smoke slowly around your body—from feet to crown.
If indoors, walk gently through the room, guiding the smoke into corners, doorways, and windows.Offer the Smoke to Spirit
Let the final trails of smoke rise freely. Say:“To the spirits of light, my ancestors, my guardians—thank you for your protection and presence.”

“I am cleansed. I am centered. I am walking in clarity and protection.”
